"Cooinda at The Cape" is a lovely 3 bedroom home in Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
This single storey home provides a Master bedroom with TV, WIR and en-suite (with shower and toilet), while bedrooms 2 and 3 both have BIR. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room has a smart TV with fetch TV and provides access tp the large rear covered deck. There is also a bathroom (with bath and shower), a separate toilet plus a laundry.
Outdoor Areas
The rear covered deck, with seating for 8 and a BBQ, overlooks the fully fenced rear yard which is perfect for families and pets alike. There is also a hot water outdoor shower to wash off after a trip to the beach. There is space to park 2 cars or a boat in the driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc. plus a double sink, large pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the living room, plus a coonara-style wood heater. There is also ducted evaporative cooling throughout the home.

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two sets of Single Bunks
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Linen
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
